A gourmet who thinks of calories is like a tart who looks at her watch

My family and I - including my and my sisters' boyfriends - spent the previous weekend in the Engadin aka the Swiss mountains. We enjoyed this amazing 7 course dinner and I could not wait to share this incredible meal with you! Enjoy :)

lemon- and basilbutter

tomato-mousse with buffalo-mozzarella
strawberry gazpacho
summer salad with oranges
pineapple sorbet
veal on a marjoran sauce with buttered veggies and potatoes
crêpe with cherries and yoghurt ice cream

  1. It looks incredible. Im just wondering about the Mozzarella, which should be served a little more creative. But it looks. ... WOW! :-)
